The road to Dakar 2026 continues strong, and Be Racing reaffirms its commitment to both competition and the development of new talent. With this philosophy, the upcoming Morocco Dunes Stage, taking place from May 8 to 13, presents a unique opportunity for drivers and co-drivers looking to hone their skills in extreme conditions.

This training camp will take place in the Moroccan desert and will include driving sessions on desert tracks and dunes, roadbook practice and dune navigation, as well as training in the use of regularity instruments for competitions such as the Dakar Classic. In addition, Be Racing will handle all logistics, including the transport of vehicles from Europe, the installation of a camp, and the integration of safety systems with a specialized medical team. The camp will be carried out in conjunction with Team Boucou, which will provide its experience and rescue trucks to recreate real-life Dakar situations.

Beyond the experience on the dunes, Be Racing continues to be a benchmark in developing young talent. Two of its members, Eloi Bayé and Álex Lara , are clear examples of this.

From training to the Dakar: the experience of two young talents

From an internship to making a dream come true

Eloi Bayé began his journey with Be Racing while studying for a mid-level mechanics degree at ETG. "I've always loved the world of competition and knew I wanted to race. When I saw that Be Racing was in my town, I decided to try it out and intern with them," explains Eloi.

The atmosphere within the team motivated him to stay: "What I like most about Be Racing is that we're like a family. There's a great atmosphere, and that makes every race special." This passion and dedication led him to remain involved with the team, and he currently works as a mechanic for Be Racing competitions and projects.

This experience has allowed him to achieve one of his biggest dreams: going to the Dakar. "I watched it on television with my father and always thought, 'I hope I can go someday.' When I finally got to do it, it was an incredible experience, something any motorsports enthusiast should experience at least once in their life," he says.

Now, after this experience, he only has one thing on his mind: "I'm counting the days until I get back."

From motorsport training to experiencing the Dakar as an engineer

Álex Lara discovered Be Racing while completing his motorsport training at QEV, through a collaboration program with the team. This opportunity allowed him to take his first steps in the world of racing and enter the professional sector.

After his training period, he decided to continue at Be Racing, motivated above all by the good connection with the team: "The good atmosphere here is key. Both with the mechanics and with Bertrand, who is not just a boss, but is always present, working side by side with all of us."

Currently, Alex works as the team's engineer and coordinator, and in 2024, he realized a dream: participating in the Dakar . "I watched it as a kid by the fire, and now I've been there as an engineer. It's an incredible experience that motivates me to keep working and improving every day."

The road hasn't been easy, and the Dakar has also been one of his greatest challenges: "From home it looks spectacular, but when you're there you realize how tough it is. Sleeping little, setting up and breaking down camps, traveling hundreds of kilometers every day... Even so, it's been the best experience of my life."

A future full of opportunities

Both Eloi and Álex are two examples of Be Racing's commitment to developing new talent. Through collaborations with training centers such as ETG and QEV, the team offers a platform for young motorsports enthusiasts to make the leap into the professional world and even fulfill their dream of competing in the Dakar.
